- 1 tsp oil
- 1 large chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup grapes, sliced in half
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Heat oil in small skillet and cook chicken cubes until done.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir in chicken and enjoy!
